I had an awesome day yesterday! I got to attend a wedding photography beginners workshop to learn more about how to start a wedding photography business. It was hosted by the amazing Celina Gomez, who I look up to very much. Her images are beautiful and she is so sweet for letting us into her home. Her 2nd shooter, Melinda Leal organized the event and put it all together for us. I learned so much! It opened doors to subjects that I wouldn’t even had known how to approach if it weren’t for these wonderful ladies. There is so much work that goes into starting your own business. It will be a long journey for me, but after this experience, I know for sure that this is a path worth following. I’ve found a passion in this type of work, and I am so excited to cross of the many steps on my new checklist! I have a lot of work to do! But anyway, at the end of the workshop we got to do a practice engagement photo shoot of two couples who volunteered their time for us. These are some of my favorite shots of the day.
