Verrett Family | Dallas Lifestyle Newborn Session

The Verrett family came to me as a referral from one of my favorite clients, Cristie King! Baby L’s daddy is a baseball player and we got lucky that baby boy arrived just in time for us to be able to do an at-home lifestyle newborn session before his dad had to head back out on the road. Newborn sessions are challenging in their own way – patience is definitely key – but things just fell into place for perfectly for this session!

Firstly, the Verretts have a beautiful home with great natural light. Second of all, Erin had on the prettiest dress and she and her husband looked so joyous with their baby boy. And third, their sweet pup is so well trained and photogenic! I swear he is smiling at the camera! I say it all the time but I love, love incorporating family pets into these sessions. They’re a part of the family too. Dog people are my people. :) Baby L slept so well we even put him in his dad’s baseball glove for some photos at the end. Sooooo cute!
