Bailey and Preston’s brunch-time New Year’s Eve wedding was amazing to be a part of! Bailey had 12 girls by her side in the forms of bridesmaid, maid of honor, matron of honor, house party and flower girl. She chose gorgeous colors that popped against the bright and light chapel. Hidden Pines served as a perfect backdrop for their winter wedding. Sunshine filled its high ceilings beautifully with late morning light and the floral arrangements tied to lucite chiavari chairs were the perfect touch. I also lovvvved the long veil she paired with her show-stopper of a gown. Top top it off, she had a fluffy bouquet featuring peonies, roses and snapdragons in various shades of pink… a girl after my own heart! Veils and fluffy peonies are my favorite.
She and Preston didn’t want a first look, but they did want a quiet moment together before the ceremony to exchange cards before the excitement of the day began. They spent their ceremony grinning from ear to ear and afterward, they were naturals in front of the camera for their bride and groom portraits. They served a delicious brunch and were toasted by family and friends before a private last dance and and bubble send off. It was a beautiful way to end 2016!
I’m excited to work at Hidden Pines Chapel again this fall! Scroll to the bottom of this post for a list of their Dallas wedding vendors.
